This study analyzes the impact of the Mil Aulas platform on the development of cognitive skills among students at the Technical University of Babahoyo. It has been found that this digital tool, based on mobile learning (m-Learning), promotes skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and critical and creative thinking. The study is justified from both theoretical and practical perspectives, addressing the role of educational technology in learning. A mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative) was applied, using both experimental and quasi-experimental designs, through surveys, questionnaires, and observations with a study population of 383 students, with a sample of 30 participants. Initial results showed that students had little knowledge of the platform and struggled to use it. However, after implementing instructional strategies and improving supervision on the 'Mil Aulas' platform, subsequent tests reflected improvements in independent learning, problem-solving, and collaborative assessment.
