L’objectif de notre travail est d’étudier l’effet de l’acétate d’ammonium comme source de carbone et d’azote sur la productivité des mutants de Corynebacterium glutamicum auxotrophes homoserine (-). Pour se faire, nous avons ensemencé quatre milieux contenant comme source de carbone (glucose ; glucose et acétate d’ammonium ; l’acétate d’ammonium ; l’acétate d’ammonium et acétate de sodium) par un mutant de C.glutamicum auxotrophe homoserine (-). Durant cette fermentation, nous avons suivi la production de biomasse (par la turbidimétrie) ainsi que la production de lysine par la souche, tout en dosant le glucose et l’acétate d’ammonium consommés. Nous avons constaté que dans un milieu à base d’acétate d’ammonium, la fermentation est caractérisée par une production remarquable de la lysine (11,45 g/l) et une faible production de la biomasse.Mots clés : Corynebacterium glutamicum, auxotrophes, homoserine(-), mutation, acétate d’ammonium, glucose, lysine, rétro-inhibition.
