Preparing students to enter the workforce in an increasingly complex environment requires a new educational vision that fosters creativity, innovation, and problem-solving. This approach calls for a shift in mindset among both teachers and students, transforming learning into an active, flexible, and student-centered process. To this end, it is essential to incorporate innovative methodologies and promote applied research, fostering the development of critical thinking, especially in the Business and Entrepreneurship module. In this context, Design Thinking emerges as an effective methodology by focusing on the process of finding solutions, combining logical thinking and creativity to address challenges without predefined answers. Its integration with Project-Based Learning (PBL) enables students to tackle real-world situations and meaningful challenges by applying knowledge and skills in a practical way. This study proposes an educational intervention aimed at developing creative and innovative skills that facilitate problem-solving in the business environment and enhance students’ employability.
