Com o objetivo de avaliar a qualidade dos azeites da região de Bejaia, foram recolhidas 14 variedades em três locais entre dezembro de 2018 e janeiro de 2019. O índice de maturação mostra que as variedades Tabelout (6,21), Aeleh (5,88) e Takesrit (5,5) são precoces, enquanto Aimel (2,75) e Azeradj (2,81) são tardias. Na ausência de análises físico-químicas, uma síntese bibliográfica confirma, de um modo geral, a conformidade com as normas. A avaliação do setor revela que 48,07% dos municípios têm menos de 600 ha e 90,4% praticam um sistema tradicional (
