Este trabalho mostrará como os sumos de fruta fresca podem ser preservados por conservantes naturais em vez de se utilizarem produtos químicos como o dióxido de enxofre, etc. No nosso caso, foi utilizado mosto de uva de uvas brancas. Testámos se o sabor é importante para os consumidores através de um teste sensorial. O método escolhido para um painel não treinado foi o teste do triângulo. No final, os resultados provam se os sumos podem ser consumidos e armazenados com conservantes naturais ou não.
