Das Zusammenleben in Schulen ist aufgrund der Komplexität der sozialen Interaktionen zwischen einer Vielzahl von Schülern mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen und bio-psycho-sozialen Reifebedingungen mit großen Herausforderungen verbunden. Daher besteht die Notwendigkeit, Bildungsprojekte zur Verbesserung des täglichen Zusammenlebens in Schulen zu fördern. Diese Arbeit analysiert solche Probleme mit Hilfe des Ansatzes komplexer Systeme und identifiziert die Kriterien für die Verbesserung der sozialen Entwicklung, der Einstellungen und der Fähigkeiten der Schüler sowie für die Förderung von Synergien unter Berücksichtigung der Subkulturen ihrer Mitschüler. Schließlich werden die Verfahren zur Überwachung der pädagogischen Interventionsprojekte überprüft und bewertet.
