Praca magisterska dotyczy opcji interwencji w przypadku zakłóceń w klasie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem strategii reaktywnych, ponieważ nauczyciele często mają do czynienia z takimi zakłóceniami. Celem jest przedstawienie przeglądu możliwych podejść interwencyjnych. Pierwsza część obejmuje część teoretyczną, która analizuje związek między dobrym nauczaniem, zarządzaniem klasą i zakłóceniami w klasie, a także sposoby radzenia sobie z tymi zakłóceniami. W drugiej części przedstawiono badanie empiryczno-jakościowe, w którym nauczyciele szkół podstawowychzostali zapytani o swoje doświadczenia i opinie na temat radzenia sobie z zakłóceniami. Wyniki pokazują, że nie ma uniwersalnego rozwiązania dla zakłóceń w klasie i że nauczyciele muszą reagować indywidualnie na każde zakłócenie. W związku z tym przydatny jest katalog środków reaktywnych przeciwko zakłóceniom w klasie, z którego można wybrać odpowiednią strategię dla danej sytuacji. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia taki katalog środków.
