Cette réflexion pointe radicalement le destin ontologique du mal dans la locomotion de la pensée politique, en s’appuyant sur l’archéologie de la pensée de Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Le citoyen de Genève donne à comprendre que le mal n’est pas inscrit dans la civilisation de notre nature, il tient plutôt de la déchéance sociale de l’homme à travers le sacre de la modernité. Ainsi, face à l’apothéose du désespoir consécutif à la spirale vertigineuse du mal dans la société, Rousseau formule l’alternative du contrat social et plaide pour l’émergence d’une cité légitime, placée sous le signe de la souveraineté absolue du peuple-roi. Il débouche cependant sur un passéisme démocratique auquel nous soumettons le remède magique d’Aristo-démocratie. Par conséquent, l’avenir de la démocratie réside dans la démocratie d’avenir, celle qui consacre la primauté du sens et la prééminence de la loi morale autour du concept paradigmatique d’Aristo-démocratie.
