Dans le but d’aborder et de réfléchir sur l’apprentissage des élèves sourds intégrés dans l’enseignement ordinaire, ce travail met en évidence la psychopédagogie et sa contribution au processus d’apprentissage de l’élève, en cherchant à définir la déficience auditive à travers sa classification selon le degré et le type de déficience identifiée, en soulignant les philosophies éducatives et les méthodes utilisées dans le processus éducatif. Les facteurs qui causent des difficultés dans le processus d’enseignement et d’apprentissage sont abordés, en reliant la théorie et la pratique, avec un accent sur l’importance de l’inclusion dans l’enseignement ordinaire, pour l’analyse de pratiques alternatives visant à améliorer le processus d’apprentissage des sourds. À cette fin, la méthodologie de travail a consisté en une recherche bibliographique de plusieurs auteurs, à savoir : Almeida (1998), Bossa (2000), Bueno (1993), Goldfeld (1998), Miltler (2003), Rinaldi (1998) et Scoz (1994). Il en ressort l’importance de la relation enseignant-élève dans le processus d’inclusion, afin de minimiser les difficultés rencontrées au cours de l’apprentissage, en particulier lorsqu’il existe des barrières de communication entre les sourds et les entendants, telles que celles rencontrées dans l’inclusion des sourds.
