Le facteur nucléaire-κB (NF-κB) représente une famille de facteurs de transcription qui modulent un ensemble de gènes associés aux réponses inflammatoires et immunitaires. L’activation inévitable du NF-κB implique le processus pathogène de diverses maladies telles que l’inflammation et le cancer. La signalisation NF-κB dans les cellules cancéreuses est impliquée dans la prolifération cellulaire, l’angiogenèse, l’invasion, les métastases, le développement de la résistance aux médicaments et l’anti-apoptose. La présente étude visait à identifier de puissants inhibiteurs de NF-kB à l’aide d’une étude d’amarrage moléculaire.
