Dans la présente étude, six génotypes de haricots indiens résistants (P-19-169, V-19-15, V-19-35, GNIB-22, W-19-05, V-19-24) et six génotypes très sensibles (P-19-176, W-19-60, P-19-127, V-19-11, W-19-58, V-19-106) ont été criblés par neuf paires d’amorces RGA. Sept paires d’amorces RGA ont été amplifiées avec succès dans tous les génotypes résistants, mais pas dans tous les génotypes très sensibles. Les amplicons ont été obtenus dans sept paires d’amorces RGA, où cinq paires d’amorces RGARGA1FCG &RGA1R,VMYR1F & ; VMYR1R,YR4F & ; YR4R, RGAIB3 & ; RGAIB4, RGAIB5 & ; RGAIB6 ont amplifié une bande unique d’environ 450 pb, 450 pb, 450 pb, 450 pb et 1050 pb respectivement dans les génotypes résistants, tandis que seules deux paires d’amorces RGA CYR1F & ; CYR1R et RGAIB1 & ; RGAIB2 ont été trouvées avec une bande proéminente d’environ 950 pb et 350 pb. Selon les données de la présente étude, sept paires de marqueurs RGA se sont avérées efficaces pour différencier les génotypes résistants et très sensibles des haricots indiens. Ces marqueurs RGA peuvent être utilisés dans les recherches de cartographie des gènes de résistance et dans la validation des marqueurs de résistance durable à l’YMV.
