Sobre IBD

L’université congolaise s’est inspirée du système éducatif de la Belgique. Malgré plusieurs réformes, notamment en 1981 et 2004, le système universitaire congolais a eu du mal à s’adapter aux évolutions internationales. L’intégration du système LMD a conduit à la révision des programmes pour mieux répondre aux besoins du marché du travail et à promouvoir la professionnalisation de l’enseignement supérieur.L’analyse des réformes de l’enseignement supérieur en RD Congo, en mettant l’accent sur l’adoption du système LMD en 2014, a mis en évidence les nombreux défis et résistances auxquels ces transformations sont confrontées. La RD Congo n’est pas un cas isolé, elle s’inscrit dans un mouvement plus vaste de réformes universitaires en Afrique, partageant des problématiques similaires. Ainsi, cet ouvrage fait une étude comparative entre le système classique et le système dénommé LMD (Licence-Master-Doctorat) et permet d’expliquer les bienfaits pour la RDC d’adopter la nouvelle réforme basée sur le LMD.
