Les amorces utilisées pour l’identification de Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.ciceri étaient ISSR (GA)8YT,(ATG)6,(GA)8T) et RAPD, OPA13, OPA18 et OPB14. Les races sélectionnées pour les études étaient la race de type 1 (Hyderabad et Akola), la race de type 2 (Kanpur), la race de type 3 (Gurdaspur) et la race de type 4 (New Delhi et Jabalpur). Ces amorces ont montré des bandes monomorphes, qui peuvent être utilisées pour le développement de marqueurs SCAR (Sequence Characterized Amplified Regions) putatifs pour l’identification de Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.ciceri. Les amplicons de 600 pb (ATG)6, 700 pb (GA) 8YT et 650 pb d’ISSR et 750 pb (OPA18), 1,4 kb (OPB14), 1500 et 800 pb d’OPA 13 ont été élués, isolés, confirmés et séquencés. Les amorces ont été conçues avec les informations séquencées de ces deux fragments à l’aide du logiciel primer 3 et des marqueurs SCAR putatifs ont été développés. Les races 1 et 4 ont montré des profils de virulence proches sur les différentiels de pois chiches.
