Le travail présenté s’inscrit dans le cadre des nombreuses activités de recherche visant à trouver et, le cas échéant, à mettre en place une thérapie de remplacement cellulaire adaptée aux maladies structurelles du myocarde. Les cellules souches pluripotentes induites, qui ne diffèrent pratiquement pas des cellules souches embryonnaires et peuvent être différenciées en cardiomyocytes, constituent une possibilité fondamentale à cet égard. La tâche consistait à caractériser les cellules souches pluripotentes induites murines par rapport aux cellules souches embryonnaires, à les différencier en cardiomyocytes et à les caractériser. En outre, il fallait réaliser une sélection antibiotique des cardiomyocytes et leur purification à l’aide d’un colorant fluorescent.
