This collection contains over 600 three-line poems written by renowned or well-known poets. Three-line poetry is a relatively new form of poetry that emerged in China not long ago. Not long after it appeared, it began to spread to the world. A three-line poem is terse in form, each poem containing only three lines, yet it is profound in content and depth. It provokes thoughts, letting you see what is beyond the three lines. However, it is different from haiku poems. Instead, it is more expressive. A haiku only allows two images, but a three-line poem can have as many as needed. A haiku usually writes about a moment in nature, but a three-line pome can write about anything, explore any subject, and reveal any theme. All the poems in this collection are carefully chosen.
