Leczenie ostrego zespołu wieńcowego z uniesieniem odcinka ST (STEMI) jest nadal problemem w regionach poza głównymi obszarami metropolitalnymi naszego kraju. Celem naszego badania jest wykazanie wartości utworzenia sieci trombolizy dla pacjentów ze STEMI w regionie Mostaganem. Metody: Jednoośrodkowe prospektywne badanie obserwacyjne, prowadzone od 1 grudnia 2018 r. do 30 listopada 2022 r. Przeprowadzono analizę opisową dotyczącą charakterystyki tych pacjentów i ich rokowania wewnątrzszpitalnego.Przeprowadzono analizę opisową charakterystyki, postępowania i rokowania wewnątrzszpitalnego tych pacjentów. Wyniki: Z 10 pacjentów ze STEMI, którzy przeszli trombolizę w ciągu jednego roku przed instalacją tej sieci, zwiększyliśmy do średnio 74 pacjentów poddawanych trombolizie rocznie w ramach sieci trombolizy na poziomie Mostaganem. Uwzględniliśmy 295 pacjentów w średnim wieku 58 lat i z przewagą mężczyzn (83,7%). Średni czas reperfuzji bólu wynosił 3 godziny 42 minuty (2 godziny 48 minut dla miasta Mostaganem vs. 4 godziny 21 minut dla przedmieść; p
