La gestione della sindrome coronarica acuta con sopraslivellamento del segmento ST (STEMI) è ancora un problema nelle regioni al di fuori delle principali aree metropolitane del nostro Paese.L’obiettivo del nostro studio è dimostrare il valore della creazione di una rete di trombolisi per i pazienti con STEMI nella regione di Mostaganem.Metodi:Studio prospettico osservazionale monocentrico, condotto dal 1° dicembre 2018 al 30 novembre 2022.È stata eseguita un’analisi descrittiva delle caratteristiche, della gestione e della prognosi intraospedaliera di questi pazienti.Risultati:Dai 10 pazienti STEMI sottoposti a trombolisi durante un anno prima dell’installazione di questa rete, siamo passati a una media di 74 pazienti trombolizzati all’anno nell’ambito della rete di trombolisi a livello di Mostaganem. Abbiamo incluso 295 pazienti con un’età media di 58 anni e una predominanza maschile (83,7%). Il tempo medio di dolore-riperfusione è stato di 3 ore e 42 minuti (2 ore e 48 minuti per la città di Mostaganem contro 4 ore e 21 minuti per la periferia; p
