For our seventh edition of Thorn & Bloom Magazine, we turned toward the past - not to dwell there, but to understand it. We explored the experiences that shaped who we are and how they continue to influence the lives we lead today. Through it all, we learn that the past informs how we interpret the world around us. This edition is a collection of literature that reckons with memory, inheritance, and the patterns we are still learning to break. It holds space for grief and for joy, for what we carry and what we are ready to release. To move forward, we do not need to live in the past. We need to keep it close, as a teacher for our future.
