Introduzione: L’apprendimento basato sul team (TBL) è un approccio educativo efficace nella formazione in scienze della salute. L’obiettivo del nostro lavoro consiste, in primo luogo, nel descrivere l’approccio seguito per la progettazione e lo sviluppo di un modulo basato sul team learning nell’insegnamento della farmacovigilanza e nel valutarne l’interesse.Materiali e metodi: si tratta di uno studio trasversale condotto nel gennaio 2024. È stato sviluppato un modulo TBL incentrato sulle ipersensibilità ai farmaci.Risultati: è stato sviluppato un programma dello scenario di apprendimento del team comprendente le diverse fasi della sessione. Successivamente, questa sessione è stata implementata come strumento di formazione con diciassette stagisti in farmacia. Tutti i partecipanti si sono detti favorevoli all’utilizzo del TBL come strumento formativo, con un miglioramento della memorizzazione, della riflessione, dell’interattività e del coinvolgimento. Tutti hanno preferito questo strumento didattico al corso di lezioni frontali.Conclusione: I risultati positivi che abbiamo ottenuto ci hanno permesso di evidenziare l’interesse di questo metodo innovativo così come i vantaggi attesi dal suo utilizzo.
