L’étude a porté sur le développement d’une structure hydroponique à flux profond pour la culture d’épinards en culture hors-sol. Le milieu utilisé pour la culture est l’éponge. L’eau d’irrigation a été contrôlée quotidiennement, la température, l’humidité relative et la teneur en eau ont été relevées tous les jours. Les caractéristiques biométriques des plantes ont également été étudiées. Nous avons conçu et installé avec succès le Développement d’une structure hydroponique à flux profond pour la culture de légumes à feuilles . La germination la plus élevée a été atteinte, c’est-à-dire 100 % dans notre système hydroponique, soit 26 % de plus que le pourcentage de germination indiqué par la société de fabrication des semences. Le rendement de l’épinard dans le système hydroponique à flux profond était presque deux fois plus élevé que le rendement obtenu en plein champ.
