Celem niniejszego badania było opracowanie i akredytacja czynników, kryteriów i wskaźników oceny jakości (w oparciu o ewaluację wewnętrzną) w szkolnictwie średnim w Iranie (studium przypadku: szkoły średnie Kohkiluye i Boyer Ahmad). W związku z tym postawiono trzy ważne pytania. Jakie są czynniki oceny jakości w szkolnictwie średnim? Jakie są kryteria oceny jakości w szkolnictwie średnim? Jakie są wskaźniki oceny jakości w szkolnictwie średnim? Badana społeczność statystyczna obejmuje wszystkie dostępne dokumenty i badania, ekspertów liniowych i pracowników działu edukacji Kohkiluye & Boyer Ahmad oraz specjalistów ds. oceny jakości na uniwersytetach. Narzędziem badawczym jest kwestionariusz stworzony przez badacza. Do analizy danych wykorzystano metody opisowe i test t dla jednej próby. Wyniki pokazują, że wszystkie czynniki, kryteria i wskaźniki zostały ocenione na wysokim poziomie pożądalności, a dzięki obliczeniu testu t dla każdego kryterium i wskaźnika z określonym stopniem swobody 299 (sig = 0,00) wartość jest mniejsza niż dopuszczalny błąd (0,05), więc stwierdza się, że te czynniki, kryteria i wskaźniki są zatwierdzone przez specjalistów i są ważne i akceptowalne.
