Cel: określenie związku między postawami naukowymi a umiejętnościami badawczymi studentów studiów licencjackich na prywatnym uniwersytecie w północnej Limie. Metodologia: badanie opierało się na podejściu ilościowym, podstawowo-korelacyjnym, nieeksperymentalnym, przekrojowym, z próbą 238 studentów uniwersytetu, do których zastosowano dwa kwestionariusze odnoszące się do badanych zmiennych, które następnie przetworzono za pomocą programu SPSS IBM w wersji 26.0. Najbardziej wyróżniającymi się wynikami było to, że 42% studentów ma postawę naukową na średnim poziomie, a 43,7% z nich ma średni poziom umiejętności naukowych.Stwierdzono również, że istnieje istotna dodatnia korelacja Spearmana na poziomie p = 0,823 między postawami naukowymi a wymiarem epistemologicznym. Podobnie, stwierdzono istotną dodatnią korelację Spearmana na poziomie p = 0,891 między postawami naukowymi a wymiarem problematyzacji. Podsumowując: istniał znaczący i wysoki związek między badanymi zmiennymi, zgodnie ze współczynnikiem korelacji Spearmana.
