Einleitung : Lehrvideos sind ein wertvolles Instrument für den Fernunterricht, mit dem Schlüsselkonzepte vorgestellt und zusammengefasst werden können.Ziel : Entwicklung von fünf Videokapseln für Studenten des 4ᵉ Jahres in Pharmazie, um das Verständnis des molekularen Andockens in der therapeutischen Chemie zu erleichtern.Methoden: Ein Team aus fünf Lehrern für therapeutische Chemie und einem Assistenzarzt für analytische Chemie konzipierte das Projekt. Nach einer Literaturübersicht wurden validierte Drehbücher verfasst, mit FreeCam aufgenommen und anschließend mit DaVinci Resolve bearbeitet. Der Inhalt war auf die praktischen Arbeiten abgestimmt.Ergebnisse: Es wurden fünf Videos von 6 bis 7 Minuten Länge produziert: Einführung in das Andocken, Herunterladen von Software und Strukturen, Vorbereitung der Rezeptor-Ligand-Komplexe, Durchführung des Andockens und Interpretation der Ergebnisse.Schlussfolgerung: Diese Kapseln bieten ein flexibles, zugängliches und nachhaltiges Medium zur Ergänzung der praktischen Arbeit. Ihre Integration in den Lernprozess erfordert jedoch eine Bewertung durch die Schüler.
