Introduction : Les vidéos pédagogiques sont des outils précieux pour l’enseignement à distance, permettant de présenter et de synthétiser les concepts clés.Objectif : Développer cinq capsules vidéo destinées aux étudiants de 4ᵉ année pharmacie pour faciliter la compréhension de l’amarrage moléculaire en chimie thérapeutique.Méthodes : Une équipe de cinq enseignants en chimie thérapeutique et d’un résident en chimie analytique a conçu le projet. Après revue de la littérature, des scénarios validés ont été rédigés, enregistrés avec FreeCam puis montés avec DaVinci Resolve. Le contenu était aligné avec les travaux pratiques.Résultats : Cinq vidéos de 6 à 7 minutes ont été produites : introduction à l’amarrage, téléchargement des logiciels et structures, préparation des complexes récepteur-ligand, réalisation de l’amarrage et interprétation des résultats.Conclusion : Ces capsules offrent un support flexible, accessible et durable pour compléter les travaux pratiques. Leur intégration dans l’apprentissage nécessite néanmoins une évaluation par les étudiants.
