Le tecnologie dell’informazione e della comunicazione (TIC) hanno favorito nuove forme di riproduzione della conoscenza nell’ambiente scolastico. Con la loro introduzione si cerca di ottenere un processo di miglioramento continuo tra le diadi scuola-insegnante, insegnante-studente e studente-studente. A tal fine, è necessario sapere se queste tecnologie sono inserite con finalità predefinite nelle scuole secondarie pubbliche, che presentano diversità nell’uso di questi strumenti nell’istruzione. In questo contesto, nelle scuole secondarie pubbliche della città di Taquaritinga-SP sono stati identificati gli effetti dell’introduzione delle TIC nel processo di insegnamento-apprendimento degli studenti, attraverso le testimonianze degli insegnanti che le utilizzano. È stato possibile verificare che, nonostante le TIC siano un argomento diffuso nel panorama educativo, esistono ancora insegnanti che sono resistenti ai cambiamenti dall’insegnamento tradizionale a un insegnamento innovativo e dinamico. È stato inoltre riscontrato che la gestione scolastica e le sue risorse sono insufficienti per soddisfare la domanda degli insegnanti. Si sottolinea che le scuole secondarie della città di Taquaritinga-SP devono rivedere immediatamente le modalità di lavoro e l’inserimento delle TIC nella scuola.
