Die Studie legt nahe, dass öffentliche Einrichtungen und insbesondere akademische und höhere Bildungseinrichtungen in Afrika sowie staatliche Institutionen Leistungsvereinbarungen einführen sollten, um die Dienstleistungserbringung für ihre Kunden zu verbessern.
