Tuttavia, per ottenere risultati migliori, nell’attuazione dei contratti di prestazione dovrebbero essere integrati elementi di motivazione dei dipendenti. Ciò suggerisce che le istituzioni pubbliche, in particolare gli istituti accademici e di istruzione superiore in Africa e le istituzioni governative, dovrebbero adottare i contratti di prestazione al fine di migliorare l’erogazione dei servizi ai propri utenti.
