Cet ouvrage a tout d’abord procédé à une revue systématique des recherches disponibles sur les antécédents de la satisfaction client dans le commerce mobile. Ce processus de revue a permis d’identifier une liste de facteurs antécédents de la satisfaction client dans le commerce mobile, les modèles sources associés, les méthodologies, les limites et les recommandations pour les travaux futurs, qui ont été présentés sous forme d’article lors de la Conférence internationale sur la recherche et l’innovation dans les systèmes d’information avec l’index IEEE explore. Ensuite, l’ouvrage propose un modèle des antécédents de la satisfaction client dans le commerce mobile (ACSM), basé sur le modèle américain de l’indice de satisfaction client. Enfin, le concept de l’ACSM est validé par une enquête menée auprès de 120 utilisateurs d’applications mobiles spécifiques. Les résultats de cet ouvrage seront utiles non seulement aux universitaires et aux chercheurs qui étudient le commerce mobile, mais aussi à ceux qui participent à la conception, à la gestion et à la mise en œuvre d’infrastructures pour les services de commerce mobile.
