Esse processo de revisão identificou uma lista de fatores antecedentes da satisfação do cliente no comércio móvel, modelos de fontes relacionadas, metodologias, limitações e recomendações para trabalhos futuros, que foram apresentados como um artigo na Conferência Internacional sobre Pesquisa e Inovação em Sistemas de Informação com índice IEEE explore. Em segundo lugar, o livro propôs um modelo para antecedentes da satisfação do cliente no comércio móvel (ACSM), com base no modelo do Índice Americano de Satisfação do Cliente e, no final, a construção do ACSM é validada através de uma investigação de 120 utilizadores específicos de aplicações móveis. Os resultados deste livro serão úteis não só para académicos e investigadores envolvidos no estudo do comércio móvel, mas também para aqueles que estão envolvidos na conceção, gestão e implementação de infraestruturas para serviços de comércio móvel.
