Il lavoro qui presentato è il risultato di una ricerca bibliografica, motivata da molte domande sulla grammatica tradizionale, sulla sua storia nei ventitré secoli della sua esistenza, nonché sulla sua applicabilità nelle scuole, in particolare per quanto riguarda l’insegnamento della lingua portoghese. L’obiettivo di questa ricerca non è quello di approfondire la storia della grammatica tradizionale, ma semplicemente di raccontare alcuni momenti importanti della sua storia e del suo utilizzo oggi. Nel corso di ventitré secoli, la grammatica tradizionale ha spesso assunto un carattere filosofico e normativo. Lo scopo di questo lavoro non è nemmeno quello di approfondire lo studio della grammatica normativa utilizzata nelle nostre scuole. Presenterà solo idee sul suo utilizzo, con l’obiettivo di stimolare la riflessione sull’insegnamento della lingua nelle scuole, fornendo una possibile strategia per rendere l’insegnamento più significativo per gli studenti.
