Innovation dans le secteur bancaire ; comment le modèle bancaire traditionnel a-t-il été affecté par la mise en place de produits et services basés sur Internet, tels que les services financiers en ligne ING Direct, au cours des cinq dernières années, jusqu’en 2012 ? L’objectif de cet article est d’évaluer l’innovation technique dans le secteur bancaire. Le modèle utilisé est basé sur la banque ING Direct, qui utilise Internet et la technologie mobile pour devenir un acteur bancaire majeur en relativement peu de temps. De plus, il rappelle que l’innovation technique est constante et que, pour maintenir leur croissance et même rester dans la course, les institutions bancaires doivent accepter les changements et tirer parti des avantages qu’ils peuvent offrir.
