Al fine di fornire risposte sull’influenza dei diversi regimi di temperatura nella determinazione del contenuto proteico nella soia, il presente lavoro aveva come obiettivi principali: determinare il contenuto proteico dei semi maturi della cultivar CAC-1 e della isolinea CAC-1 PTN (ad alto contenuto proteico), confrontare, durante il riempimento del chicco, il profilo proteico dei semi tra queste cultivar e valutare, durante il riempimento del chicco, l’influenza dei diversi regimi di temperatura ambientale sul contenuto proteico delle due cultivar. È stato evidenziato che il regime di alta temperatura ambientale ha determinato un maggiore accumulo di proteine nel seme. Anche le proteine di riserva si sono accumulate in modo differenziale e in quantità maggiore nel regime di alta temperatura. È stato inoltre verificato che la cultivar CAC-1 PTN ha accumulato una maggiore quantità di proteine nel seme in entrambi i regimi di temperatura, rispetto alla isolinea CAC-1. Ciò si è verificato anche quando sono stati confrontati i dati ottenuti per la cultivar CAC-1 in regime di alta temperatura e quelli ottenuti per la isolinea CAC-1 PTN in regime di bassa temperatura.
