Unter Privatkundengeschäft versteht man Bankprodukte und -dienstleistungen, die Banken direkt an Verbraucher anbieten, wie Privatkredite, Autokredite, Wohnungsbaudarlehen und Kreditkarten. Kunden sehen sich beim Kauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen des Privatkundengeschäfts mit einigen Problemen konfrontiert, wie hohen Zinsen, mangelnder Aufklärung, unangemessenen Dienstleistungen, der Bereitstellung von Sicherheiten und komplizierten Verfahren. Diese Studie zielt darauf ab, den Zusammenhang zwischen wahrgenommenen Problemen und Produkten des Privatkundengeschäfts zu analysieren. Zur Datenerhebung wurde ein selbst erstellter Fragebogen verwendet. Zu diesem Zweck wurde ein geschlossenes Fragebogenformat entworfen.
