Cet article décrit les effets de l’acide gibbérellique (GA3) sur la germination de trois espèces d’Annones, connues sous le nom d’araticum-cagão, graviola et pinha. Leurs graines sont dormantes, ce qui rend la germination plus difficile. Pour résoudre ce problème, on a utilisé l’acide gibbérellique (GA3), un type de gibbérelline qui, entre autres effets physiologiques, active la croissance embryonnaire et annule le phénomène de dormance chez certaines espèces. Les analyses ont été effectuées à l’aide de tests standardisés recommandés dans les Règles pour l’analyse des semences. Il n’a pas été possible d’établir une concentration standard pour toutes les espèces d’Annona, mais chaque espèce a répondu positivement à une certaine concentration de GA3.
