Le Maroc fait face à une émigration significative de professionnels hautement qualifiés, notamment des médecins et des ingénieurs en informatique, avec des impacts majeurs sur les secteurs de la santé et de la technologie. L’émigration des médecins entraîne une pénurie de personnel médical, des hôpitaux sous-staffés et une baisse de la qualité des soins. De même, l’exode des ingénieurs en informatique réduit l’expertise locale et affecte la compétitivité du pays. Cet ouvrage analyse les motivations de ces professionnels à quitter le Maroc, à travers des enquêtes sur les opportunités professionnelles, les conditions de travail, la rémunération, la qualité de vie et les perspectives de carrière. Une analyse factorielle des correspondances a permis de dégager les principaux facteurs d’émigration : de meilleures perspectives professionnelles, des conditions de travail plus favorables, des salaires plus élevés et une meilleure qualité de vie. Les résultats soulignent les conséquences de cette émigration sur la pénurie de professionnels et la perte de capital intellectuel, et suggèrent des pistes pour développer des politiques visant à retenir ces talents.
