In the work were studies of the content of the assessment of the impact of anthropogenic environmental pollution on the health of the population, methods of carrying out a comprehensive assessment of the degree of tension of the environmental situation in the studied regions, complex ecological and hygienic state of the environment of the studied regions of the region. Modern anthropogenic factors, representing a huge variety of harmful effects on the environment, have a pronounced impact on the formation of public health; direct and indirect, combined and complex action of chemical, physical and biological factors is spread. The widespread pollution of the environment with various substances, sometimes completely alien to the normal existence of the human body, poses a serious threat to our health and the well-being of future generations. Therefore, environmental problems need to be addressed immediately. It is necessary to limit the harmful effects of economic activity on the environment and minimise the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere
