O Ensino Médio em Tempo Integral (EMTI) emergiu como uma estratégia educativa inovadora, visando proporcionar uma formação acadêmica e pessoal mais abrangente aos estudantes. Este estudo investigou a eficácia das Políticas Públicas e Práticas de Gestão no EMTI, com foco na integração do Projeto de Vida, do empreendedorismo e da educação socioemocional. Com base em uma abordagem mista, que combinou análise quantitativa e qualitativa, a pesquisa explorou as percepções de estudantes, gestores e professores em relação ao impacto dessas iniciativas. Os resultados evidenciam que, embora os estudantes reconheçam a relevância do modelo para o desenvolvimento de competências interpessoais e profissionais, ainda persistem lacunas relacionadas à preparação empreendedora e à infraestrutura educacional. O estudo conclui que a consolidação do EMTI requer esforços contínuos para superar desafios estruturais e culturais, além de reforçar a formação dos educadores e o envolvimento da comunidade escolar. As conclusões apresentadas oferecem subsídios para o aprimoramento das políticas públicas voltadas à educação integral no Brasil.
