Considerando che l’educazione permette agli individui di agire con consapevolezza e che l’ambiente scolastico e di conseguenza l’insegnante possono mediare questa conoscenza appropriata, l’Educazione Alimentare e Nutrizionale è una materia che, nonostante sia inclusa nel Tema Trasversale Salute dei Parametri del Curricolo Nazionale, non ha un’attenzione efficace, con una trasmissione fredda delle conoscenze, dove i contenuti sono spesso basati su una dieta teorica e l’insegnante quasi sempre non ha conoscenze specifiche sull’argomento. In questo senso, le pratiche pedagogiche utilizzate dagli insegnanti devono essere adeguate al punto da rendere concreto l’apprendimento degli studenti. Pertanto, la ricerca ha contribuito direttamente all’educazione degli studenti della scuola primaria, perché analizzando queste pratiche è stato possibile verificare l’efficacia dell’apprendimento degli studenti e gli insegnanti potranno riflettere sul loro modo di lavorare in classe.
