Le bien-être maternel et infantile constitue un élément essentiel de la vie sur terre, car la mère et l’enfant sont très importants dans la procréation de l’être humain. Cependant, la situation de ces derniers est très critique dans les pays sous-développés à l’instar du Cameroun où, selon l’EDS-MICS, plus de 6000 femmes et enfants de moins de cinq ans meurent chaque année à cause d’un certain nombre de problèmes qui auraient pu être évités. Parmi ces problèmes, nous avons le manque d’infrastructures médicales.Spécialisées dans la santé maternelle et infanto-juvénile, qui est observée dans plusieurs régions, à l’exemple de la région de l’Ouest Cameroun, où les populations de la ville de Bafoussam et de ses alentours souffrent vraiment de ce fléau social. Pour donc apporter notre aide à l’édification d’une santé pour tous au Cameroun, nous avons proposé la conception d’un hôpital gynéco-obstétrique et pédiatrique dans la ville de Bafoussam au lieudit Kouékong.
