Air pollution caused by human activities has serious consequences forecosystems and human health. In diesem Zusammenhang haben wir L. sciuroides anti-oxidative Reaktion in Bezug auf die Schwermetallexposition gemessen und in Hydrokultur 4000,2000,10 und 1 mg/ml und 400,200,20 und 2 mg/ml zweier Schwermetalle, Zink und Kupfer, für 2,4,6 und 8 Tage behandelt.Die statistische Analyse der erzielten Ergebnisse zeigt bei den meisten untersuchten Parametern signifikante Unterschiede zwischen den behandelten Proben und den Kontrollen, mit einer Zunahme des Gehalts an Chlorophyllpigmenten (a, b, a+b), die von einer Zunahme des Gehalts an Gesamtproteinen und löslichen Zuckern begleitet wird, mit einer Verringerung des Prolingehalts. A depletion of GSH levels at the beginning of treatment, withno activity remarkable enzymatic biomarkers (CAT and APX) which reflects the hightolerance.
