Dans cet ouvrage, nous identifions deux facteurs qui influencent significativement l’utilisation du e-learning chez les enseignants : l’intention d’adopter le e-learning et les conditions facilitatrices. L’évaluation des modèles de mesure et l’évaluation du modèle structurel sont réalisées sur la base de l’interface graphique et des techniques de validation du logiciel Smart PLS 2.0. Les résultats assurent que les comportements attendus des enseignants sont affectés par l’intention d’adopter la technologie e-learning, l’influence sociale et les conditions facilitantes. Cependant, les effets des variables de l’utilité perçue et de la facilité d’utilisation perçue n’ont pas d’influence. Cet article propose une étude scientifique appliquée à l’utilisation de l’e-learning dans le service de formation des enseignants offert par le Ministère de l’Education Nationale au Maroc (MNEM). Un modèle conceptuel, basé sur la théorie unifiée de l’acceptation et de l’utilisation de la technologie de Venkatesh (UTAUT), a été développé et testé, en utilisant une méthodologie quantitative.
