Le Procès de l’Empereur : Hirohito : Coupable ou Innocent est un ouvrage d’information et de formation, un livre de référence qui doit être lu comme un outil éducatif sur la guerre menée par le Japon dans le Sud-Est asiatique et dans le Pacifique. Le livre ouvre le débat sur la responsabilité d’Hirohito dans les crimes commis par son armée durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et entame un procès posthume contre le monarque japonais devant le Tribunal permanent des peuples pour crimes contre la paix, pour crimes de guerre et crimes contre l’humanité.Juge de carrière, enseignant, écrivain, Jean Sénat Fleury a grandi en Haïti, à Saint-Marc. Il a été tour à tour formateur à l’Académie Nationale de Police (1995-1996) et directeur des Études à l’École de la Magistrature de Pétion-Ville (2000-2004). Auteur de l’ouvrage sur le Procès des Timbres, et de deux autres ouvrages importants Jean-Jacques Dessalines : Paroles d’outre-tombe, et Toussaint Louverture : Le Procès de la Traite des Noirs, M. Fleury a immigré aux États-Unis (Boston) en 2007. Il obtint une maîtrise en administration publique et une autre en sciences politiques à l’Université Suffolk. Il devint en 2014 directeur du Caribbean Arts Gallery et d’une organisation de bienfaisance appelée Art-For-Change. Son ouvrage, Adolf Hitler : Jugé Par Contumace à Nuremberg, est un récit avec des faits historiques certes, mais rédigé dans un style romanesque. Ce livre est un ouvrage d’information et de formation; un livre de référence qui doit être lu comme un outil éducatif sur l’histoire de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, tout en permettant de mieux appréhender les atrocités du régime nazi au cours des années allant de 1933 à 1945. Par le jeu de la fiction, l’auteur se cache derrière les juges qui ont siégé à Nuremberg pour diriger les débats sur le jugement par défaut d’Adolf Hitler et condamner le dictateur allemand, l’un des plus grands monstres politiques que la planète ait connu.
