Wyeliminowanie głodu na świecie można osiągnąć poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do żywności, a nie tylko poprzez produkcję kosztem najważniejszych zasobów naturalnych Ziemi (tj. gleby, wody i różnorodności biologicznej) oraz zdrowia wszystkich żywych istot. Ponadto zwiększenie udziału rolnictwa stosującego zrównoważone, ekologiczne metody uprawy nie jest wyborem, ale koniecznością.
