Obwód leków wrażliwych na ciepło (TSM) w środowisku szpitalnym jest procesem wysokiego ryzyka. Zalecane są środki zapobiegawcze w celu zabezpieczenia tego obwodu. W tym kontekście proponujemy przeanalizowanie trybów awarii w obwodzie dla tych leków w naszym szpitalu i zaproponowanie planu działania.Multidyscyplinarna grupa robocza została zrekrutowana w celu przeanalizowania obwodu MTS i zidentyfikowania awarii przy użyciu metody analizy trybów awarii, skutków i krytyczności. Po zatwierdzeniu mapowania procesu, podczas burzy mózgów zdefiniowano tryby awarii, ich skutki i przyczyny. Tryby awarii zostały sklasyfikowane zgodnie ze wskaźnikiem krytyczności. Zaproponowany plan działania umożliwiłby kontrolowanie 71% zagrożeń. Zaproponowano trzy obszary: podnoszenie świadomości wśród personelu medycznego, zakup sprzętu i dokumentowanie procesu obiegu STD.
