World War I and World War II shaped the 20th century in profound ways, causing massive destruction, reshaping political borders, and changing the course of human history. As we advance further into the 21st century, concerns about a potential World War III have resurfaced due to geopolitical tensions, nuclear proliferation, cyber warfare, and resource competition. While the previous two world wars were defined by conventional military conflict, a future world war could involve not only nuclear weapons but also cyberattacks, artificial intelligence, and economic warfare. My 16th book explores various perspectives on the likelihood and potential causes of World War III, drawing upon political, technological, environmental, and sociological sources. The most commonly discussed catalyst for World War III is geopolitical tension among major powers, particularly the United States, China, and Russia. Issues like Taiwan, Ukraine, NATO expansion, and disputes in the South China Sea have raised global concerns. According to various international relations experts, an escalation in these regions could spark a global conflict.
