We work to build, to meet human needs and to occupy socio-environmental spaces. It is therefore necessary to emphasize the importance of the nature of work and the conditions in which it is carried out in developing workers’ capacities. Being attentive to workers and their psychological health is essential in order to promote changes in attitudes and propose new ways of organizing the work environment, especially in relation to teaching.Burnout Syndrome does not appear suddenly, but is the final stage in a continuous process of various inadequacies in the work environment. Thus, there are growing signs of the precariousness of teachers’ work, a high level of professional burnout, little fulfillment at work due to precarious working conditions, lack of family support and, above all, dissatisfaction with their salaries.Knowledge of the syndromes that most affect workers can help to improve and implement prevention and intervention actions, especially in today’s world.
