Some of the effects of abuse are permanent. These can be turned to good attributes in your life. For instance, a startle reflex is a good safety warning. There is an increased awareness of the nature of people that can be trusted to keep you safe without you being afraid. There is help for us to make good choices and live a victorious life in spite of the evil of others. Getting the help you need to heal is imperative to living a full and useful and peaceful life. Not being heard can encourage you to listen to others and be instrumental in their healing. God has a purpose for each of us. Linda wants you to find yours and live!
