A Pesquisa debruça sobre o Impacto do uso do DataShow no Processo de Ensino e Aprendizagem das Figuras e Datas da História Nacional, e teve como objectivo central da pesquisa Analisar o impacto do uso do Datashow no Processo de Ensino e Aprendizagem de Figuras e Datas da História Nacional na disciplina de História na Escola Secundária 25 de Setembro de Quelimane, buscando, contudo, uma compreensão generalizada sobre as vantagens e desvantagens deste meio de ensino e sua aplicabilidade psico pedagógica como forma de contribuir para a mitigação do problema do desconhecimento das Figuras e Datas da História Nacional e consequentemente contribuir para o alcance do programa do governo. Levantou-se uma questão que apoiou o direcionamento da pesquisa que foi: Qual é a contribuição do DataShow no Processo de Ensino e Aprendizagem das Figuras e Datas da História Nacional? Para a prossecução da mesma recorremos a uma pesquisa do tipo qualitativa subsidiada pelas pesquisas do tipo quantitativa e descritiva. Esta pesquisa demonstrou que o nível de conhecimento dos alunos da Escola Secundária 25 de Setembro sobre as Figuras e Datas da História Nacional é baixo e ainda.
