Kapitel III enthält Experimente zur Analyse von Unkräutern. Kapitel IV enthält einen künstlichen Schlüssel zu Familien, Gattungen und Arten. Dieser umfasst auch die Beschreibung jeder Unkrautart. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse dieses Berichts sind in Kapitel V aufgeführt, in dem die Verbreitung und Klassifizierung von Unkräutern auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse dieser Studie diskutiert werden.
