En diciembre del 2014, poco después del parto de mi hija y a raíz de los sucesos desencadenados por la aparición repentina de una psicosis postparto severa, comencé una extensa y profunda investigación sobre la gravedad de este tipo de depresión puerperal.En un inicio consideré hacer de este proyecto un blog dedicado a aquellas madres que han pasado por esta experiencia durante el período perinatal; sin embargo, debido a la complejidad y a la gran seriedad del tema, decidí llevarlo a un plano mucho más amplio: una obra de habla hispana que, como mensaje individual y social, sirva de alerta a todas las mujeres y a sus familiares más cercanos.
